- Ensure the PLCSIM NIC (Siemens PLCSIM Virtual Ethernet Adapter) is enabled and in the same subnet as the physical NIC.
- Setup the IP address on the PLCSIM Advanced, insert an instance name and check the configuration is correct: Online Access type TCP/IP Single Adapter, TCP/IP communication with the physical NIC, then start the CPU emulation.
- Download the project to the Siemens PLCSIM Virtual Ethernet Adapter.
