#220 - AVEVA Changes on GPL attributes

On the GPL there are some attributes that can be changed:

- Motor, MotorVS, Motor2Dir, DValve: Param.ModeNormal: Leave only P, delete O. So when the device is placed in Operator mode, an orange icon will appear and the letter "O".

- SDDevCtl.St.Rearm (VFD) / DevCtl.St.Rearm (DOL): change from secured writable to operate to remove the rearm confirmation window.

- Update priority and edit comments of alarms: Edit values on CSV export for each device. Search for 250, 500, 750 and 999, which are the alarm priorities, and edit the text description to match the alarm. Some examples are: ANALOG INPUT: 250 - Low Low 500 - Low 500 - High 250 - High High Level/Temperature Alarm (default: High High) 250 - Wire Break (default: Bad Quality) MOTOR/MOTORVS: 500 - Motor Fault (default: Device Failure) 750 - Unknown Position 999 - Motor Feedback Fault (default: Confirmation Failure)

VALVE: 500 - Valve Fault (default: Device Failure) 750 - Unknown Position 999 - Valve Feedback Fault (default: Confirmation Failure)

DIGITAL INPUT: 500 - Channel Failure 999 - Blockage/Rotation Sensor/IO Card Fault (default:
Digital Alarm)

- GPL_Faceplate: Choose True or False in order to have the pop-up fixed or not.

- Param.HiOP, HiPV: To increase the max. speed in MotorVS.

- To create a new screen in the $ViewAppGP:
