What's the main differences between these two Digital Input Cards:
6ES7131-6BF01-0BA0 vs. 6ES7131-6BH01-0BA0.
> Number of Digital inputs: F = 8, H = 16
> 24V Encoder Power Supply: F = Yes, H = No
> Base Unit selection for connection variants:
F:
1-wire connection BU type A0
2-wire connection BU type A0
3-wire connection BU type A0 with AUX terminals or potential distributor module
4-wire connection BU type A0 + Potential isolation module
H:
1-wire connection BU type A0
2-wire connection BU type A0 + Potential isolation module
3-wire connection BU type A0 + Potential isolation module
4-wire connection BU type A0 + Potential isolation module
> Short-circuit diagnostics: F = Yes, H = No
Note:
Hardware diagnoses, such as wire-break, can be detected by "enabling wire-break diagnostics" in the Hardware configuration, then by adding the OB82 "Diagnostics Error Interrupt" and moving the OB's inputs, "IOstate" (WORD), "laddr" (HW_ANY), "Channel" (UINT) and "multierror" (BOOL) to myDB. The events are then recorded in "Online Diagnostics" and in the "Diagnostics Buffer".
