#92 - 4 Tips to get started and to keep up to date with collaborative robots from Universal Robots

Here below 4 tips to get started and to keep up to date with the collaborative robots from Universal Robots.

Online training: good and easy way to get briefly introduced to different topics related to cobots. The total duration of the course is less than 90 minutes.

How to documents: several practical guides that can help improve your application, such as integrate the cobot to a profinet network. For this example just insert in the search box the keywork “profinet”.

Video tutorials: short and hands-on videos showing different tasks that can be done in the cobot, such as replacing one of its joint.

Podcast: UR recently launched their podcast channel. I recently discovered it and it is a good way to keep up to date and to hear from experienced professionals in the industry.

Sharing a bit of my personal experience with UR cobots, I end up attending the in-person "Core" and after the "Advanced" training in England. However the links above were very helpful to get started as well as to extend the knowledge and improve my cobot project.
