“Top 20 PLC security coding practices” is a very interesting project that recently went online and it is hosted by the ISA (International Society of Automation) Global Cybersecurity Alliance. An user can create an account clicking on the following link https://top20.isa.org and access the platform, which looks like a live forum about automation.
One of the key points of this project, in my opinion, is that by combining great experience in the field the creators managed to summarize very briefly a short list with practical tips and best practices related safety in PLC programming.
I have been looking for long time for this kind of material and I believe it definitely worth checking it out. In addition, here is a conference video from one of the project creators.
