#312 - Rockwell How to fix the "FactoryTalk Linx[localhost] is not started or started with error"

- Ensure the FTLinx and RSLinx services are running

- Replace these two .xml files (RSLinxNG and RSLinxNG02) in (hidden)

C:\ProgramData\Rockwell\RSLinx Enterprise

by these two .xml files (DefaultTemplate and  DefaultTemplate02) renamed from

C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockwell Software\RSLinx Enterprise

- Reboot the PC and reconfigure the paths to the CPU
