#296 - AVEVA How to fix web browser login issues from OCMC (e.g., ABCIP Auto-build)

To fix web browser login issues within OCMC (e.g., ABCIP Auto-build), first check that the user is a member of the following groups:

- Open the "Internet Options" and in the "Security" tab, add https://localhost and https://127.0.0.1 to the "Trusted sites". In the "Custom level..." set the User Authentication logon to be "Automatic logon with current user name and password".
