#280 - AVEVA Platform Communication Error

Issue: Platform Communication Error (IDE) / Fail to create bootstrap on remote machine IP x.x.x.x (OCMC Log on GR node).

Verify:

- Host file with hostnames and IPs (C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc).

- IPv6 disabled.

- AVEVA Bootstrap service running.

- Platform/Engine running in all platforms.

- System clock is synchronised and the same, e.g., when they point to the same NTP server.

- ASP Installation versions including Hot-fixes.

- SMS consistent.

- Run the Change Network Account (user: ArcNet/password: A***04!), but before restart run C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArchestrA\OSConfigurationUtility.exe for any OS level registry changes.

- Check the NICs in the target machine and ensure there is no conflict between the NICs.
