#267 - AVEVA Citect DBF files to modify when working with the GPL

- These are the files (.DBF) to modify when using the GPL in Citect:

> adalm.DBF

> eqtype.DBF

> trend.DBF

> UIMessag.DBF

> variable.DBF

Note: To edit these .DBF files, open them in Microsoft Access, edit the fields, save as DBFIII.
