#178 - Schneider How to do a Firmware upgrade

- Check on the “DTM Browser” that the security settings for the communication card are unlocked (FTP, TFPR, etc).

- Download "Unity Loader" (for older products)

- From “Unity Loader”, connect to the PLC (USB/Ethernet) and in the Firmware tab, select the correct file (.ldx) to be loaded from the PC to the PLC

- Check the current FW version on the PLC when online:

- Download “EcoStruxure Automation Device Maintenance” (for newer products) EADM

- Modicon M580 BMEx58x0x0x Firmware History (Versions are not displayed in order, so search by text, e.g. "BMEx58x0x0x Firmware SV04".
